For new injuries, recurring pain or anyone needing assessment, treatment and initial rehabilitation advice.

Initially we will discuss all the details of your injury, followed by some gentle physical tests to determine the structures involved. We will then go ahead with treatment and set up some rehabilitation.

When you initially book the session you will be emailed a 'Confidential Patient Medical Details' link to complete prior to your session as a form of screening for any contraindications.
